I was doing these on a 1 day on, 2 days off schedule. Definitely noticed an elevation in mood which is exactly what I wanted. I can’t really say my focus is better but otherwise these did exactly what I wanted them to.

I have to say, if I’m looking for a social dose in the .20g ball-park, I have not had consistent results with the pure capsules. I often don’t feel the impacts from the pure capsules, whereas a square of the Origin chocolate (.24g) is always a way more consistent experience for me (socially). My partner on the other hand absolutely loves the 0.20g capsules for social micro-dosing and they seem to work super well for him consistently. We both like to .05g dosing for regular microdosing (not socially), so would still absolutely recommend these for that purpose.
